Project Summary
A comprehensive online HVAC management, Lighting Control, and Access Control systems, were required for this project.
The systems were wirelessly integrated together allowing the systems the ability to determine the occupancy status of each room – thus allowing the smart thermostats and lighting controllers to adjust the temperature and lighting levels to conserve energy (while maintaining guest comfort) when the rooms are unoccupied.

To address the client’s needs for both luxury, energy savings and security, INNCOM by Honeywell and Salto were chosen for this luxury 80 room/villa boutique resort.
The brands were chosen because of their ability to be networked throughout the property and monitored/controlled from central locations.<
